Consumers have the following statutory right of withdrawal:

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email). This period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the conclusion of the contract and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice in a timely manner.

Consequences of revocation:

In the event of an effective cancellation, both parties must return the services received and surrender any benefits derived (e.g., interest). If you are unable to return the service received in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay us compensation for the value. This may result in you nevertheless being required to fulfill your contractual payment obligations for the period up to the cancellation. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you upon dispatch of your cancellation notice; for us, upon receipt of the notice.

Special notes:

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract is fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
